SHIPPING POLICY

Terms of Acceptance of Goods

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon delivery, the recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m. EST on the third (3rd) day after delivery of the items, the recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to. In case of charge backs or a refund by the buyer, the recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us. In the event that this cannot be done, recipient will pay for the damaged/opened merchandise in full. Recipient will pay in US dollars unless otherwise specified on the delivery receipt. A penalty of 10% per month will apply on unpaid/unreturned merchandise and overdue accounts, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No returns will be accepted for any Food or Beauty items.  Any shipments for confirmed orders that are returned to us will be refunded but deducted of all applicable shipping fees charged by the carrier for the order. In the event of the total charges (Charges to Ship-To and Ship-Back) exceeding the total of the order, no refund will be given.
